Our Vision

The Rocky Mountain Collaborative for Teaching and Learning (RMCTL) is a community of Higher Education professionals who wish to enhance their practice and facilitate institutional change through communication, collaboration, and networking. This collaborative was designed to promote educational development of and for the diverse learners within the Rocky Mountain region. We value the participation of all educators, learners, staff members, and administrators who want to collaborate and grow knowledge around teaching and learning, and we intentionally aim to remove all barriers to participation in our community. The group is committed to keeping our events accessible to all and creating multiple roles and places for leadership.

The RMCTL aspires to represent and support all post-secondary institutions of the Rocky Mountain region. We seek to be an inclusive community, a hub of pedagogical engagement and educational development opportunities, and a forum for the exchange of ideas. We strive to elevate educator development and center students in all of our collaborations.
